SummitCrest was formed with the sole purpose of acquiring and growing one assisted living and memory care business. We are led by an entrepreneur with a passion for senior care, who seeks to take a full-time operating role in the acquired business and is backed by a group of investors with deep experience growing private companies. Our advisory team includes nearly a dozen senior living operators, current and former CEOs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare leaders. Each is committed to providing advice and support to the business.

Unlike a private equity firm, our goal is not to build a portfolio of multiple businesses. We will buy only one business, and we are committed to growing it long term.
