Size & Revenue Mix
Communities with at least $2mm of annual revenue, typically 20 to 30 licensed beds, and primarily private-pay funded.
Operational Structure
Structured management layer in place that reduces day-to-day dependence on the current owner.
Real Estate
Communities selling both the care business and underlying real estate.
Regulatory Compliance
A clean regulatory track record of state licensing surveys.
Owner Transition
An owner or operator looking to step back over three- to six-month transition period.
Geography
Open to communities based in Northern California region. We will relocate to the business.
